The very beginning:

On August 21, 1999 the site opens with it's first design made by Rage, who was the founder of the Half-Life.QERadiant.com. At this time there were only one tutorial available.
Then on September 14, 1999 I sent in my first tutorial - My First Room - which is now updated but you can visit the original one by using the link. During the next week I sent him a few more tutorials and finally became a full member of the HL-QER on September 26, 1999. From this time on I mainly managed the site alone until December 11, 1999 when Rage left the site. From this time on I developed the site, added a lot of tutorials, opened a entity section, and tried to improve the design. Finally I noticed that a improvement wouldn't be possible any more without changing the complete code. So I decided to create my own design which I finished on December 3, 2000.

The main change was that I used a frame system with a permanent menu on the left side and a much more comfortable look. Next I separated the tutorials in a QERadiant, Half-Life, Design and Entity section so it will be easier to find the right one. Another advantage was the search engine which gives a quick overview of all resources. At last I changed the design of the news and news-archive section and brought the links and files up to date.
